PEPPERCORN

Peppercorn and turmeric are often used together in traditional Ayurvedic medicine and in some modern supplements for pain relief. This is because both ingredients contain compounds that have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.

TURMERIC

AND PEPPERCORN

Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin, which has been shown to reduce inflammation in the body and block pain signals. However, curcumin is not easily absorbed by the body and can be quickly metabolized and eliminated.

Peppercorn, on the other hand, contains a compound called piperine, which has been shown to increase the absorption of curcumin in the body by up to 2,000%. This means that when turmeric and peppercorn are consumed together, the piperine in the peppercorn can help to enhance the effects of the curcumin in the turmeric.

The combination of turmeric and peppercorn may help to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions such as arthritis, and aches and pains.
